VAEXAM | How to send a Retest for a Failed Candidate

This information is to send a retest candidate for Failed Candidate only 
1. On the admin panel select Exams dropdown then click on Assessment 


2. Click on the Retest Manager


3. Select the specific job for the failed candidate. (Ensure that the job for the candidate is correct)


4. Enter the correct email of the candidate and click search button


5. Select the Assessment and the test to be retest then click Submit.


6. An email sent to the candidate for a retest. Candidates must finish the assessment 1 week after receiving the retest email.  The link will expire and they can no longer use the link after 1 week.
