Purpose: Guidelines and Process on when to consider removing the VA from Training
Before Practice Sourcing (Thursday & Friday) : Sample Situations
Failure to attend the Friday Training will automatically defer to the next wave.
Sample:
Whole Day - no show will result to deferral
Half Day - will result in deliberation within trainers
Family Emergency - Automatic defer
Power Interruption - Automatic defer
Personal Reason - Automatic defer

Religious Obligations
Sample:
VA should inform Recruitment Team during their orientation if they have a scheduled church activities or appointment
2 Days consecutive personal Reasons - VA’s reason is subject to evaluation
Sample Reasons:
VA need to drop/pick up someone at the airport
VA need to pay some bills
Power Outage - provide proof of power interruption (i.e online announcement)
For re training - if consecutively out of power/internet
Family Responsibilities - All family related excuses
VA will pick up/drop off his or her child, wife or any family members.
Processing of Gov’t Valid ID’s - must provide proof pre-scheduled appointments
