VAEXAM JOBMA | Reviewing of on hold candidates after finishing assessment and ai video interview
1. Login your account and navigate dashboard (1)
2. Select job (2) and choose the candidate status 'Hold - Jobma Result Interview' (3), then click on search (4).
3. Click on the percentage score (5) to view the summary of the candidate's video interview.
4. To mark the candidate as 'pass,' click on pass (6); otherwise, click on reject (7).
5. After clicking pass (6) or reject (7), a modal will pop up. To proceed, click yes (8), and to cancel, click (9).
6. If the candidate is marked as passed, click on the candidate status dropdown, then select 'Passed - Assessment (has jobma)' (10), and finally, click search (11).
The candidate will then receive an email instructing them to wait for 24-48 hours.
7. If the candidate is marked as failed, click on the candidate status dropdown, then select 'Processed' (12), and finally, click search (11). The candidate will then receive a regret letter.
