VAEXAM JOBMA | Reviewing of candidates who passed the jobma ai video interview

1. Login your account then navigate to the dashboard (1).

2. Select job (2) and select 'Passed - Assessment (has jobma)' (3) then click search (4).

3. In the Jobma interview column, the percentage at (5) represents the candidate's score in their video interview. Clicking it will navigate you to the summary of the candidate's answers during the video interview. The minutes at (6) indicate the duration for the AI to generate the score.

4. After reviewing the candidate's scores, click (7) to change the candidate's status.
To set to hired, select "Hired"

To set to failed, select "Failed-Jobma-Interview"

You need to specify the date (8) when the candidate is set to 'hired.' After that, click 'Save Changes' (9).
