How can I record bundled purchases?
For items/products that are sold by Amazon in a bundle, you may enter the number of items at the Bundles QTY column. Example: XYZ Company purchased 10 individual items at £5 each. The item is sold by Amazon in a bundle of 2.
Is it better to use my own SKUs than the USS- Custom SKUs?
It is suggested to use the USS- Custom SKUs to monitor the sales made from the deals/purchases made by each VA. The sales made can be monitored at the VAPS sheet.
How many days is the suggested period of the Sales and Restock reports that I can import to the USS?
It is suggested to import Sales and Restock reports for a period not exceeding 31 days to prevent the Google sheets from crashing.
What happens if I need more support calls?
If you do not use your support calls within 2 months after purchase, these will expire, so make sure you maximize them.
What is a Custom SKU?
It is a unique number assigned by the seller when listing an item. This is a number that only you can see, and you use it to track and organize your Amazon products.

How much is the API Access after the first year?
The API access is £50 for UK marketplace and $68 for USA marketplace. This is per year for normal usage with the USS
Can I build or add my own extra tabs?
Yes, you can. We even teach you on how to integrate it on our sheet. Although, we do not recommend this since you have to be very careful not to mess with the formulas.
